The Dimplex Extended Warranty Program provides peace of mind and protection for your electric fireplace beyond the standard warranty period. Choose the level of coverage that best suits your needs with two flexible tiers.
Extended warranty is applicable for 2 years from original expiry date.

Basic Tier ($200)

- Parts shipped directly to the customer.
- Installation by the customer or a local technician (customer's expense).
Premium Tier ($300)
- Coverage Duration: Extends comprehensive coverage (parts & labor) by 2 years beyond the standard warranty.

- Replacement of defective parts due to manufacturer defects.
- Labor costs for repairs by authorized Dimplex technicians or service partners.
- Premium Perks:
- Priority Service: Reduced wait times for repairs.
- In-Home Service: For larger units, when applicable.
Exclusions
The following are not covered under either tier:
- Damage: Caused by misuse, improper installation, or unauthorized modifications.
- Cosmetic Issues: Scratches, dents, discoloration, etc.
- Consumables: Remote controls, batteries, filters.
- External Factors: Power surges, natural disasters, or other external events.
